Thank you for choosing Vita Fine. We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 2-Year (24-Month) Limited Warranty on all purchases.
What Is Covered
Within two years from the date of purchase, if your product fails due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, we will repair or replace it at no charge.
What Is Not Covered
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or negligence
- Normal wear and tear
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage resulting from failure to follow product instructions
- Damage caused by natural disasters or other external factors
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
To request warranty service, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue
- Provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt)
- Submit photos or a video of the product for assessment, as directed by our team
- Once your claim is approved, we will arrange a repair or replacement as appropriate
Processing Time
Once your warranty claim is approved, we will process your request within 7–15 business days. The resolution method (repair or replacement) will be determined by our team based on the specific situation.
