We specialize in fine jewelry, including ready-to-ship and custom-made pieces. We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction. Product images and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations in color, texture, or scale may occur due to differences in screen settings or the handcrafted nature of our jewelry. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

SECTION 4 PRICING & PAYMENT
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of products. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods available at checkout. Payment is processed through secure, encrypted channels. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

SECTION 5 ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
Ready-to-ship items are processed within 1–2 business days. Custom-made jewelry requires 7–15 business days for production before shipment. After processing, delivery typically takes 5–12 business days depending on your location and carrier conditions. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. We offer free shipping on orders over $129 USD. Vita Fine is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer. SECTION 6 CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom-made jewelry is crafted specifically for you. Before shipment, we will confirm all order details with you, including stone type, metal, size, engraving, and design specifications. Once a custom item has been confirmed and shipped, it may not be eligible for return unless there is a defect, quality issue, or order error caused by Vita Fine. Cancellation fees apply if a custom order is cancelled after production begins:

• Within 3 business days of production start: 20% fee
• Between 3–7 business days: 30% fee
• Between 7–15 business days: 40% fee

SECTION 7 RETURNS & REFUNDS
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original condition with all original packaging, certificates, and accessories. Return shipping costs are covered by Vita Fine for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Sale and promotional items are final sale. Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
